Welcome to my world of storytelling and adventure for young readers and listeners. I’m an independent author and publisher passionate about creating engaging children’s literature. I’m the creator of The Currency Crew Collection, a series of books designed to teach children life lessons through imaginative storytelling. These books also serve as a fun and engaging way to introduce children to currency and its different values, making them a perfect blend of storytelling and math literature for young learners.
My debut children’s book, The Lonely Penny, is the first in The Currency Crew Collection. Written entirely in rhyme, it follows the journey of a penny as it discovers its worth, teaching kids about self-value and confidence.
My Story
From a young age, I was captivated by the magic of reading, storytelling, and poetry. As a teenager, I discovered my passion for writing and knew it was something I wanted to pursue. Over the years, my love for children and early childhood development grew while working as a daycare teacher and private nanny.
Fast forward to motherhood—I now have three children of my own, and sharing the joy of books with them reignited my love for reading and writing. Inspired by those moments, I knew it was time to follow my dreams and create rhyming children’s books that blend storytelling with meaningful life lessons.
